Rental Requirements
All drivers must present a valid driver's license and major credit card in their own name. Driver's must have a safe driving record and may be subject to a Department of Motor Vehicle check. Full coverage insurance is required on all our vehicles and must be verified prior to rental.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice. 48 hours or more cancellation notices are at NO CHARGE. Less than 48 hours cancellation notices are subject to ONE FULL DAY RENTAL charge plus all applicable taxes.
Special Equipment
Child safety seats are available for those who will be traveling to town with young children.

Location hours may vary. Please give us a call if you will be arriving on a holiday to discuss our locations hours of operation.
Rental Rates
All rental rates are based on a 24-hour period. Our vehicles are not available on an hourly rate. Prices subject to change during peak seasons and holidays
Refueling Charge
You will be provided with a full tank of gas at the time of your rental. We ask that you return the vehicle with the same gasoline level. The fuel level amount will be printed on your rental contract. If you return it with less gasoline, we will charge you $5.50/gal used. (Rate is subject to change based on current gas price)
International Drivers
International drivers are welcome! We accept foreign drivers license for many countries, and of course all international licenses are accepted. Drivers with foreign licenses must present your passport along with your driver's license.
Late Charge
We do offer a 1-hour grace period. If you exceed the 24 hour period by more than 1 hour, a per hour late charge will apply to each hour late (starting from the first late hour) until you reach the daily rate. When the total late fee reaches the additional daily rate, you will be charge only an additional day. The late fee policy will then apply on the next day if needed.
Driving Rules and Regulations
California state law requires that when you are traveling in a motor vehicle, the driver and all passengers must wear their seat belts at all times. Children weighing less than 50 pounds must be secured in a child safety seat. Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is a serious offense in California. A person is considered legally drunk when his or her blood alcohol level reaches .08%. It is illegal for anyone less than 21 years old to consume alcohol in any quantity at any time in California. Smoking is not permitted in restaurants, bars, theaters, auditoriums and most public buildings. In California, parking meters and painted curbs are in operation and are closely monitored 24 hours a day by the authorities. Citations and fines are expensive; to avoid them, be sure to read all parking signs carefully before parking your vehicle.
Age Requirements
Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 21. Must have valid drivers license and full coverage insurance. Additional Driver fee may apply.
Driving Restrictions
Vehicles are not allowed across the Mexico border.
Deposit Requirements
Our authorization deposit amount will vary depending on the type and value of the vehicle. Exotic and high-end luxury vehicles will require larger authorization amount. The following are accepted for deposit: VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, Carte Blanche.
